When you schedule a hypnotherapy session, I will first ask you some questions about the specific problems you wish to overcome. Based on your answers, I’ll then craft several phrases that will be the focus of your hypnotherapy, and on the day of your session I’ll share these with you and ask your permission to use them while under trance. If you’re unhappy with any of these phrases, we can change them on the spot.
After we’ve agreed on these phrases, I’ll ask you to get comfortable either lying down or sitting. We’ll then start the hypnotherapy session.

What happens when you're under trance?
First, I will help you relax by bringing your attention to your body. I’ll then help you envision your perfect place for relaxation and then (using deep suggestion) focus on the phrases we agreed upon, and work on tackling the specific challenges you’re facing.
After we’ve gone through your phrases and challenges, I’ll teach you self-hypnosis. Here, you’ll learn how to give yourself positive suggestions, how to maximize their impact, and how to give clear direction to your subconscious to let go of the past, reduce stress and train your mind to relax and unwind.
After all this is complete, I’ll then bring you out of hypnosis at which point the session will be over. Later that day or the following morning, I’ll email you instructions on how to continue self-hypnosis in your daily life.
Your journey with me, however, does not have to end here. I encourage you to take advantage of your free follow-up session (valid for up to six months) where we can track your progress and make adjustments.
